Description

Itinerary :

Distance : Up to 6km / 3.5 miles of snowshoeing

Duration : Between 1 and 3 hours (the duration of the activity depends on the program, the groups, the weather conditions).

Level : Beginner to intermediate.

You will be supervised by a guide who will ensure your safety from the beginning to the end of the activity, teach you personal winter management methods, provide you with interpretation on the flora and fauna and will be present to answer all your questions.

Who can participate :

In general, it is recommended to have a good medical condition to attend the activity.
Pregnant women cannot be admitted for the activity.
Adventurers aged 12 to 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

What the activity includes :

Included : Shuttle if needed, snowshoes, certified guide, interpretation, hot beverage, snack (depends on the activity), access to restrooms at the beginning and end of the trail.

Not included : Water, appropriate clothing and spare clothes.

What to bring :

The activity takes place outdise from start to finish, so it is important to be dressed appropriately for the winter weather, which can sometimes be harsh.

- Warm and dry clothes for the end of the activity,
- Winter boots and warm socks,
- Hat, gloves and neck warmer if needed,
- Isothermal container with water (avoid water bottles);
- Snacks if needed;
- Backpack adapted to the amount of material you want to carry.

If the safety of a participant is questioned by his or her attire, the guide can refuse that person.

The use of alcohol is prohibited at all times during the activity.
